You can import your own files to iGlide. Supported file types:

    • TXT – Airspace files in OpenAIR format

    • CUP – Waypoint files

In case you import your own Airspace file, you are advised to disable the default openAIP airspace through Menu –> Settings –> Aeronautical Data –> Disable active countries.

There are two methods to import a file:

    •  Directly from iPhone/iPad through iOS Files (which supports iCloud Drive/Google Drive/DropBox, local files, etc):
      • Within iGlide, go to Menu –> Settings –> User File Import. In the upper right corner, choose “Import File”.
      • Now select the file on your device or cloud drive. iGlide will import the file automatically.
    • Transferring a file from your computer with your device connected through USB:
      • macOS:
        • Simply use Finder to transfer your file to the root of the “iGlide” folder on your device. Step by step instructions can be found here: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT210598
        • After that, close the app completely in the iOS task manager, and re-launch iGlide. It will now detect a new user data file, and import the file.
      • Windows:
